Rustic villa in the north of the island, come and enjoy the summer in paradise.

The house is located in the north of the island in the town of Sa Pobla. The place is just 10 minutes by car from the main centre. The property has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The living and dining area is spacious and wide, it has a well-equipped kitchen with everything necessary so that you can enjoy your holidays.

In the exterior you will find a covered terrace, a good-sized swimming pool and a barbecue area to enjoy pleasant meals with family and friends.
Excellent place to relax and spend a holiday with your loved ones.

IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)

- In winter months, optional heating at 30 Eur/day.
