Description
This detached villa with a natural stone façade is located in the north of Mallorca. It skilfully combines traditional architecture and modern comfort with many free services. Nestled in a marvellous mountain panorama, you can leave everyday life behind and enjoy the luxurious ambience of a private property. The villa, with its large garden, pool and terrace, is located in a very quiet side street with views of the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains.
The spacious garden and the terrace, which provides shade, invite you to play and linger. The 8 x 4 metre pool is the eye-catcher of the property. You can enjoy the Mediterranean sun on the high-quality wooden deck or on the well-tended lawn. The property is fully fenced and children can have a wonderful time on the grounds. In the evening, the pool lighting bathes the property in a romantic atmosphere. The property also has a private car park with a double carport, which protects your car from the sun.
Inside, the clever room layout creates a relaxing atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen harmoniously adjoins the spacious and high-quality furnished living area with open fireplace (decoration). It is fully equipped and, with a large table, invites you to enjoy a cosy meal with family and friends. The technical equipment includes a Senseo coffee machine, an electric juicer, free WLAN (IBRED, LTE, unlimited download from April to October), satellite TV, flat screen, DVD player and high-quality air conditioning (hot/cold) with air filter, as well as a washing machine and a free safe. All windows have high-quality fly screens. For your entertainment you will find a small library (including children's books) and a collection of DVDs. The property has three charmingly furnished bedrooms, each with its own modern bathroom, separated by a door. The double bed is 200 x 200 cm and the single beds are 90 x 200 cm. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with large mirrors, wooden hangers, shoe racks and additional storage space. A baby cot is also available. The comfortable bathrooms, all with natural light, are equipped with showers without thresholds, hairdryers and towel warmers and also have large shelves. A bathtub is also available.
The distance to the beach and sea is around 13 km. You can do your shopping or visit a restaurant around three to four kilometres away.
Sufficient pool towels and beach towels are provided. Bags for the beach, a cool bag, air mattress and parasol are also provided. Professional house management is available on site. Final cleaning and pool maintenance are included in the price. For bookings of 10 days or more, a change of towels. An additional change of linen for bookings of 14 days or more. For golfers, a free, high-quality golf set with all clubs is available.
