In the property there are 2 terraces, 1 of 80m2 at the back and around the house (which is ideal for the little ones to play safely) and the 2nd one of 45m2 on the upper floor, which has access from 1 of the bedrooms. At the front is the 13,6m2 furnished porch where you can enjoy wonderful evenings with your family and friends. The privacy of the property is partial and you have access to 1 outdoor parking space. The property has a lounge with a wood burning cooker. This is the perfect place to relax watching TV, surfing the internet or reading a good book. The furnished dining room is located in the same area as the lounge and here you can enjoy wonderful evenings with your loved ones. The kitchen is open to the living-dining room; in it you have access to everything you need to give free rein to your imagination to prepare your best dishes, including a gas cooker. The laundry area is independent and has 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with 1 double bed and another one with 2 single beds; all of them have wardrobes and there is a cot in case you need it. Sa Ràpita belongs to the municipality of Campos and is 37km from Palma airport. There is a marina with modern facilities and from its bar-restaurant, which is right on the beach, you can contemplate the beautiful coastline. You can also enjoy a wide range of services but, if you wish, you can travel to Palma, the capital of the island, where you can find a wide range of tourist, cultural and shopping facilities.
