The south facing holiday home is located in the quiet village of Sa Torre, close to the beach, only 15 minutes drive from the centre of Palma. It is the ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet who also appreciate the proximity to leisure facilities. The outdoor area extends over 1035 m2 and is fully fenced. Three terraces with garden furniture, a seawater pool and barbecue offer plenty of space to relax on 400 m2. The pool is also accessible for people with reduced mobility and children.
