New Sa Torre is a modern, newly built designer villa, located in the coastal residential area of Sa Torre, in the municipality of Llucmajor. Outside the plot of 1035m2 is completely fenced with three terraces totalling around 400m2, with garden furniture and a private swimming pool (9 x 3,5 m2, depth: 1,4 to 1,6 m) of saline water with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The house has a park, air conditioning and central heating and also has a video intercom. This modern house is located 225 metres from the cliffs with beautiful views of the bay of Palma. The urbanisation Sa Torre is a very quiet residential and summer resort on the coast. The calmness is absolute in this house. The municipality of Llucmajor is located in the south of Mallorca, in a privileged place in the Bay of Palma. The house is situated only 18 km away from the airport. Along the 47 kilometres of the coast of Llucmajor, you can discover splendid coves, beaches with crystalline waters and an imposing rugged coastline, where you will find calm and tranquillity, as well as the opportunity to go sailing, windsurfing, jet skiing, fishing, diving, etc. The surroundings of Cap Blanc constitute the so-called "Marina" of Llucmajor, an area of great natural and scenic value. The nearest beaches are Cala Blava, an urbanised beach of fine sand and transparent waters, 6.6 km away; Cala Pi, one of the best beaches in Mallorca, an undeveloped beach of fine sand, 19.6 km away; s'Estanyol, a beach of sand and pebbles in a natural setting, 27.6 km away; and Es Trenc, a paradisiacal and long beach of white sand and crystal clear waters, 41 km away. In Llucmajor you can enjoy a wide variety of architectural monuments, both civil and religious. Llucmajor offers numerous possibilities including a wide range of restaurants and spa facilities as well as shopping, golf, water sports, a water park and a speed circuit. The nearest golf courses are: Golf Maioris at a distance of 2.9 km and Golf Son Antem Mallorca at 11.7 km. The weekly market in Llucmajor takes place in Plaza de España every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday and the market in s'Arenal takes place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Llucmajor has a cycling tourism network of 400 kilometres of routes, the most extensive in Mallorca, which run both inland and along the coast of Llucmajor. The municipality also offers you the chance to discover its most emblematic spots by practising your favourite outdoor activity: hiking. You can go on various excursions, both inland and along the beautiful coastline. Sheets, towels for the use of the house, kitchen towels, the final cleaning and the expenses (electricity, water, gas) are included in the price.
