Description
The house was built in 2000 between ancient olive trees, consisting in 2 buildings joined by a large porch. In the main building, on the grand floor, you can find the common areas as kitchen, laundry, guest toilet, dining room and a large living room. In the first floor, there is the master room, a double bedroom with a large bathroom all of them facing a beautiful terrace with sea views. In the other building called the pavilion, there are 2 double rooms each with its own bathroom and a 25 m2 studio room. It is a recent construction with tasteful decoration.

All around the house you can find big terraces with a marvelous lighting that is a delight to enjoy in the summer nights.

The house is oriented northeast, very appropriate in summer with natural ventilación, not being necessary the use of AC in the hotter months, however the rooms have, all of them ceiling fans, that we have to say, we never used.

The pool area is very sunny, surrounded by trees and has a shadow sifted near the olive trees. the swimming pool has a water plate of 48 m2 (4x12).

It is a very quiet house where large number of people can live without being disturbed since it has lots of places on both inside and outside where you can participe in common activities or relax reading a book in a hammock in the shade of an olive tree. It is adapted for children, they can enjoy numerous activities in the exterior, swimming pool, ballgames...

In the summer, when the heat is so intense the best place to be is our porch overlooking the sea where nice breeze is blowing and we can enjoy long breakfast and meals.

The rooms are big and, given the orientation of the house, very suitable for summer, maintaining the freshness to be able to sleep better.
