This pretty, typical Majorcan house has a private chlorine pool, with dimensions of 8m x 4m and a depth ranging between 0.9 m and 1.8 m. Around the pool there are 5 loungers where you can relax and sunbathe. The house has several fruit trees bearing oranges, plums, apples, persimmons and prickly pears depending on the season. You can spend great evenings on a fully furnished porch, overlooking the pool, accompanied by the tranquillity of the area. On the 1st floor you will find another terrace. The house is independent and has complete privacy. This house of 228 m2, distributed over 2 floors, has 3 bedrooms, all of them located on the first floor and equipped with two single beds and air conditioning each. If travelling with a baby we will provide a crib and a high chair. There are 2 bathrooms with bathtub, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. On the first floor you will also find a lounge, a good place to read a good book or watch satellite TV. The independent kitchen with gas stove is fully equipped.
