Maybe you feel like a bike excursion? There are several bikes available at the house. Under the porch you can have a snack before having lunch or have dinner outdoors enjoying the environment and the wonderful views. The res also a ping pong table. The property is fenced and there are no many neighbours around so privacy is total. The 250 m2 is divided into 2 floor. When you get in, the modern and comfortable style will make you to feel at home.On the ground floor you can have a rest in the modern and luminous living room on one of its sofas or armchairs while you watch TV Sat or coll down with the air conditioning. By the living room, you will find a little dining area where you'll go on enjoying the views. The beautiful eat-in kitchen has a induction cooker, and it is fully equipped, ideal to cook in company since it has a dining table for 6 people and also access to the outside terrace. Also on the ground floor you will find the first of the bedrooms with a double bed, closet and air conditioning, as well as an en suite bathroom with a shower. We have also a bathroom with a shower on this floor.
