Description

This natural stone finca, built and furnished in a classic Mallorcan country house style, is located on a hill near the mountain village of Selva and offers a magical, incorrigible panoramic view of the Tramuntana mountains.

With around 75 m² of living space, the house offers a living-dining room with WiFi internet and satellite TV and a cute open kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher. In total there are two double bedrooms and one bathroom in the house. One of the bedrooms can be reached via a spiral staircase. One of the bedrooms has two single beds and the second has a double bed. Two bathrooms with showers complete the facilities. We provide fans for the very warm days, one of the bedrooms has a ceiling fan. From the living room you can reach the adjoining, partially covered terrace, which offers an incredible view over the mountains of Mallorca.

Located here on the left is the 8 m x 4 m salt water pool (depth 0.70 m x 2.20 m) with sun loungers and parasols and from here you can also enjoy the magical view of the surrounding mountain landscape. There is also a brick barbecue grill for chilled evenings. This finca is fenced and has complete privacy and is located in a romantic and quiet area.

Selva is a dreamy, typically Mallorcan place in the middle of the Tramuntana mountains. From Selva itself it is only another 5 minutes to Inca. This place has a direct motorway connection, which means that the nearest sandy beaches in Pollenca and Alcudia can be easily reached in about 15 - 20 minutes
