This unique mill finca in the village of Sencelles welcomes you with a particularly stylish and at the same time very traditional ambience.

Great importance was placed on preserving the original flair and complementing it by adding modern, luxurious living comfort. The result is an atmospherically appealing holiday home that can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The property, basically designed like a country finca, is located in the village of Sencelles and offers a lot of privacy and yet very good infrastructural connections.

A beautiful, idyllic garden tempts you to spend extensive outdoor time on lush green lawns and beautifully designed terraces. The fantastic 10 m x 4 m swimming pool is elegantly embedded in the middle of the garden and provides the necessary refreshment after a well-deserved sunbath.

A small walled part of the garden is home to the Mallorcan turtles that belong to the finca - here, especially in families with children, the little ones never get bored.

In front of the house, the huge, cozy covered terrace extends in an L-shape, where you can find plenty of peace and shade on the chilled out sofas and at the dining table. You can look out over the pool from here, so you can always see any children splashing around.

You can use the brick grill to prepare fresh products purchased at the weekly village market.

With 270 m2 on two floors, the house offers a total of four spacious bedrooms with their own air conditioning (all with double beds, two of them on the ground floor) and four bathrooms (two en-suite, one outside).

Light wall colors in combination with wooden beams and impressive sandstone elements characterize the ambience and the rustic and at the same time very well maintained and new interior creates an additional cozy atmosphere.

On the ground floor there is also the large kitchen with an original wooden table that serves as a cool dining area. You can relax wonderfully in the living room with access and a great view of the terrace.

The town of Sencelles, which has around 3,000 inhabitants, is located on the road between Palma de Mallorca and Inca. You should definitely pay a visit to the weekly market.
