House:
This charming and at the same time cozy country estate is located on the outskirts of the town of Sineu, in the center of Mallorca, known for its authentic weekly market. Despite the very central location of the island, you can reach great beaches such as Can Picafort and Playas de Muro in just about 15 minutes by car. The estate itself has a great rural location on a small hill with a fabulous view that guarantees unforgettable sunsets. However, we would like to point out that you can hear some traffic noise on the adjacent street. The house with a living area of about 220 m² offers on two floors a spacious and bright living-dining room and the adjoining kitchen with a breakfast bar. There are a total of four bedrooms (2x double bed, 1x smaller double bed, 1x each single bed) and 3 bathrooms, so there is enough space for up to 8 people. The living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning.
