Description
The attractive and modern villa in Majorcan style has 250 m² on one floor and can accommodate a total of 8 persons. It is located in a quiet and well-kept residential area in "Sol de Mallorca".
In the garden there is a beautifully landscaped swimming pool (5 x 10 m) with access via a staircase. The partly covered terrace is equipped with sun loungers, comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue. The large garden with views of the surrounding mountains is especially suitable for children and invites you to linger and relax.
The high quality furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The luxurious amenities include four bedrooms, each with a double bed, two modern bathrooms with bath or shower and a fully equipped open kitchen. There you will find a kitchen with an oven, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee machine. The large living room overlooking the garden has a comfortable seating area with satellite TV and a large dining table with chairs. The house also has air conditioning, heating, underfloor heating and internet.
From here you can easily explore the rest of the island as well as the capital Palma by car. Public transport is also close by. The beautiful beaches of the southwest of Majorca are in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home and can be easily reached on foot. The golf courses of Poniente and Santa Ponsa can be reached within five minutes. There are also restaurants and bars nearby (approx. 200 m). In approx. 300 m there are shops for daily needs. Its warm climate, even during the winter months (15°C on average), and 300 days of sunshine per year attract numerous active tourists and sports enthusiasts to Mallorca every year. But it is also the ideal place for peace and relaxation or for those interested in culture. In the town of Calvià, the oldest town in the municipality, a traditional weekly market with more than 60 stalls takes place every Monday in the main street. There are food stalls as well as clothes and handicraft stalls. Palma de Mallorca, the capital, is a vibrant mix of art, culture, history and entertainment. Here you will find cafes, museums, shopping and cultural centres and an impressive old town.
