Architecturally designed and modern holiday accommodation with a fully equipped guesthouse, beautifully located near the sandy beach of Skummeslöv. The houses have a total of 95 m² (80/15) and were completed in spring 2025. Perfect for those of you traveling as a family, as the teenagers here have their own holiday home but are still close to the parents.

Both houses feature a kitchen, toilet, shower, and dishwasher. The larger house also includes a washing machine and a dryer. All modern amenities are available here. There is a large terrace surrounding the entire house.

The large house, with 80 m², has 2 bedrooms. 1 "master bedroom" with a double bed measuring 180 cm wide and 1 smaller bedroom with a bunk bed (family bed), where the lower bunk is 120 cm wide, and the upper bunk is 90 cm wide. The small house has 1 room with a double bed, which comes with a 90 cm wide bunk bed.

The spa is located on the terrace, and the water is maintained at a temperature of 39 degrees. It can be used freely, but please note that you must follow the owner's instructions for the use/care of the spa. Security deposit SEK 3,000.

The house is situated in a child-friendly area. The beach is about 600 meters away (approximately 1,000 meters if driving). It is only about 6 km to the beautiful town of Båstad and approximately 20 km to the slightly larger, yet equally beautiful town of Halmstad. There are many golf courses in the area.

Note! At least 1 person in the group must be over 30 years old. The area is not suitable for festive groups, as the house is located in a neighborhood with several neighbors.
