Bright and fresh house with a wonderful natural garden, situated close to the beach, nature and fantastic golf courses. The house has a total area of 127 m2 with three separate bedrooms and two separate living rooms. The house is newly furnished with new and modern furniture. An outdoor seating place with BBQ is available.

In the Golf- and Beach paradise Halmstad you can go for a swim and enjoy kilometer long white beaches or play golf on one of the eight golf courses close by, one of them voted as Sweden’s best golf course (Tylösand). Halmstad offers also a large variety of shopping, restaurants, family activities and other amusements and is one of the best summer cities in Sweden.
