Simple Holiday Cottage Close to Nature and Hassela Hälsingland

Welcome to this charming holiday cottage just outside Hassela in beautiful Hälsingland. Here you can enjoy a simple and peaceful stay close to nature, with the water just a short walk from the cottage and excellent opportunities for fishing and outdoor activities. The cottage has a basic standard and traditional, older-style furnishings, but provides everything you need for a comfortable stay in both summer and winter.

The cottage is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a kitchen with dining area, a small living room and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms where you can relax after a day spent outdoors.

A small path leads from the cottage down to the water. This is an excellent spot for fishing, with opportunities to catch both trout and pike. The area around Hassela is well suited to fishing, with numerous lakes, ponds and waterways. Please note that a valid fishing licence is required where applicable.

You can also take a refreshing swim here if you enjoy a bracing dip in natural surroundings. The peaceful location makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the tranquillity.

Hassela village is only about a five-minute drive away, where you will find a grocery store, pizzeria and gym, making it easy to pick up everything you need during your stay.

The cottage is equally suitable for a summer getaway or a winter holiday. During the winter season, Hassela Ski Resort is less than 15 minutes away by car. The resort offers 20 downhill slopes and 8 lifts, as well as cross-country skiing and activities for the whole family.

There is plenty to enjoy during the warmer months too. In addition to fishing and swimming, the surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking, cycling, horse riding and other outdoor activities. Hassela is also a good base for discovering the wider Hälsingland countryside.
