A traditional and charming Swedish house in a beautiful part of Småland. On a private plot and only 260 meter from the nearest lake. The house is located in a forest and an area with many lakes (7 lakes within 2 km). The rent includes a rowboat, boat motor (tenants buy fuel), canoe and a bathing pontoon.
Located in a peaceful and quiet area. There are moose, deer and other animals almost just around the corner. There are both cycling and hiking trails just outside the plot, and not very far from the house it is possible to swim.
Only a short distance From Kalmar and Øland.
