The house is located approx. 70 meters from the sea, and the plot goes all the way down to the sea, so here you can enjoy your vacation on a beach-plot with beautiful views of Ronneby archipelago and the Baltic Sea. The holiday home is located on a part of the owner's plot, but the plot is divided so you have your own part. The house is furnished as an open floor plan with large windows facing the sea.

The house is air-conditioned, so there is the possibility of nice heat on the cold days and cool air on the hottest days of summer. There is a balcony to the southwest where you can sunbathe and at the same time watch the boats sail by on the sea. Here you can also have dinner and enjoy the sunset. On the 110 m2 large "jetty" you can sunbathe and fish, and there is also a boat for free use for those who want to go on a fishing trip.

On request, a small pet can perhaps be brought along.
