Beautiful, new holiday home attractive both summer and winter. The house is located in the Swedish skiing paradise Sälen, near Hundfjället, Tandådalen and Trysil.

The house is designed so that two families can stay together, and here you can enjoy the fantastic mountain environment both summer and winter. Fantastic opportunities for skiing.

The house is located in a quiet holiday home area surrounded by forest. The nearest small town is Rörbäcksnäs. The holiday home is a 15-minute drive from Hundfjället / Tandådalen and approx. 10 minutes’ drive by car from the newly opened Scandinavian Mountains Airport.

It's about 25 minutes’ drive to Trysil in Norway. This is the perfect area if you want to go both cross-country and alpine skiing, and also if you want to try summer activities such as mountain biking or maybe long trips on racing bikes.

In Rörbäcksnäs you will find some of Sweden's finest mountain bike routes. There are hiking trails and fishing opportunities just "around the corner". Berries can be picked from the turn of the month July-August.

The holiday home is 111 m2, of which 88 m2 is on the ground floor. There is a large living room in connection with the open kitchen and wood-burning stove. There are two bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed and the other has a bunk bed. There is a large bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a washing machine and a drying cabinet as well as a smaller bathroom with a toilet.

On the first floor there is a double bed, a large corner sofa and two single beds, and in the kitchen, you will find in all amenities such as a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, and hob.

By prior agreement with the owner, it might be possible to bring pets.

Internet connection can be purchased according to consumption via the owner on site, if you do not have an internet access yourself.
