In the quiet and beautiful Tockens cottage area is this pleasant year-round house with nature at its core. Perfect holiday accommodation for the family as there is access to play and activities in the large garden. Trampoline and ping-pong table for outdoor use together with blocks are available and within walking distance through paddocks with grazing animals to the beach and fishing opportunities.

The house has a large balcony floor that accommodates sun loungers, bare tables with stools to sit on and garden furniture. There is room here to both relax and enjoy the food from the grill. Balcony door directly into the kitchen, which has all amenities and a dining table to gather around indoors. In the open floor plan there is also a living room with a TV. Two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed and can function as an extra bed. A double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed with an extra wide lower shelf are distributed over the other three bedrooms in the house. This very well-planned house also has a large and spacious bathroom next to the hall and the entrance door at the back of the house, seen from the entrance to the plot.

Along Listerlandet's coast there are many nature reserves and hiking trails. Small old fishing communities that today offer restaurants, marinas and beautiful views of the sea to behold. Boat trip to beautiful Hanö from Nogersund can be recommended as a day trip. Mjällby, which is just over 3 km from the house, has a good grocery store, pharmacy and gas station, but Sölvesborg, which is the main town in Listerlandet, is a small-town idyll with shopping and attractions such as the castle and the pedestrian and bicycle bridge 760 meters over Ljungaviken. From here you can also take the direct train to Copenhagen during the day if you want.
