Welcome to this nice and fresh house just a few hundred meters from the long, white sandy beach in Sandviken's cottage area. With patios in all directions, there is the opportunity for both sun and shade in secluded locations, either in a hammock or sun lounger or around the garden furniture.

For the slightly cooler evenings, there is a glassed conservatory with the possibility of pleasant moments together around the dining table. The one-story house on the leafy grounds has a lawn large enough for play and activity for the whole family, but adjacent to the beach, a short distance from the house, there is also a larger playground and beach volleyball court available for those who wish.

The house's entrance, on a furnished terrace facing the morning sun, has the kitchen just inside the door. Further into the house, the bathroom is on the right and opposite a bedroom with two single beds next to each other. There is also a bedroom with a single bed with entrance from the combined TV and dining room. Here you have a spacious living room with the roof open up to the ridge and a stove for warmth and increasing the cozy factor in the sofa group. In addition, exit to the glazed conservatory with adjoining terrace. Next to the house is a guest house with a double bed and good storage. Here there is a veranda and a south-facing sun deck.

This very family-friendly house invites you to a relaxing holiday with close proximity to swimming, fishing, golf and seasonal dining. Here there are plenty of nature reserves in beautiful deciduous forests to stroll around and many cycle paths that lead you to, for example, countless farm shops to botanize in, but also the city center of Sölvesborg in about 20 minutes. The arc-shaped Sölvesborg Bridge, which is a roughly 700-metre-long pedestrian and cycle path, takes you to the city's shopping and restaurant scene. A nearby excursion destination that can be recommended is Hanö, which can be reached by boat in half an hour from Nogersund harbour. If you want to go further, the direct train from Sölvesborg arrives in Copenhagen in an hour and a half. For those interested in music, many events and festivals are also arranged in the area during the summer.
