In a quiet summer house area, this house is within a bathrobe's reach of the morning/evening dip and within walking distance of Sandviken's child-friendly white, long sandy beach. In addition, a wood-fired sauna with free access to wood and a hot tub are offered for wonderful recreation all year round. The house is well equipped for both a relaxing and active holiday for family and friends in all seasons.

The house's open plan welcomes you into the living room with patio doors to both the furnished terrace in the morning sun and the terrace at sunset. Spacious kitchen area for self-catering with a dining table for shared meals. A large sofa group with room for everyone in front of the smart TV with channel selection and the wood-burning stove that provides both warmth and a high coziness factor. Three bedrooms with a double bed in each room and also a bunk bed with 2 beds in one of the bedrooms. Shower and washing machine available in the fresh bathroom. Furnished covered conservatory adjacent to the terrace with lounge furniture next to the hot tub and wood-fired sauna on the private back of the house.

Music lovers are only a quarter of a drive away from the Sweden Rock Festival and several other music events in the area during the summer. Sandviken's beach café/restaurant also offers musical entertainment on some evenings during the summer. A wider range of restaurants, shopping and all other services are open year-round in the small town idyll of Sölvesborg. Sölvesborg can be easily reached by walking or cycling on Northern Europe's longest pedestrian and cycle bridge over Ljungaviken. Listerlandet's nature reserve with beautiful viewpoints at several places along the coast is fantastic all year round. A day trip to Hanö with the daily boat service is also highly recommended.
