The large property features two separate dwellings—a main house and a guesthouse—with shared indoor and outdoor areas where you can socialize, enjoy good food, and savor your stay. A short walk takes you to a lovely sandy beach, making it easy to go for a morning dip, build sandcastles with the kids, or enjoy lazy days by the sea. The spacious garden is both fenced and screened for privacy, offering plenty of room for play, activities, and relaxation. Here, children can play freely while the adults unwind in a peaceful setting. Dogs are also welcome to join the vacation. The accommodation is personally decorated and particularly popular with children, featuring plenty of toys and games to enjoy during your stay.

The main house includes a well-equipped kitchen for self-catering and seating for shared meals. It features a bedroom with a double bed, separated from the rest of the house only by a curtain at the entrance. The living room contains a single bed and a sofa, providing a cozy spot to gather in front of the TV, which offers a few Swedish channels. The glazed sunroom serves as another wonderful space for socializing, featuring a seating area and direct access to the wooden deck, part of which is covered. Adjacent to the kitchen is the large bathroom, equipped with a shower and a washing machine. The guesthouse offers a private area with a double bed and a bunk bed (suitable only for children). It also includes a small kitchenette with a fridge-freezer and a toilet screened off by a curtain. There is plenty of outdoor space for socializing. Tables with parasols are set up on the lawn, allowing the whole group to gather for meals by the barbecue, where you can cook dinner together and enjoy long summer evenings. For those wishing to explore the surroundings, five adult bicycles are available to borrow, one of which is equipped with a child seat. Cycle paths lead to farm shops and the Strandcaféet, and take you to Sölvesborg in about fifteen minutes via the impressive pedestrian and cycle bridge spanning Sölvesborgsviken—one of the longest in Europe. In Hällevik, football fans can watch Allsvenskan matches at Strandvallen, and various music events—such as the Sweden Rock Festival—are held in the area during the summer.
