Quietly located just outside Svanesund, you will find this well-kept house with generous areas and a wonderful feeling of space. Here you live in a wonderful location with nature close by, while services and communications are within easy reach. The house has an impressive living room that is open up to the ridge and has large windows that provide fantastic light. A natural gathering place for both everyday life and parties.

Otherwise, the house has three bedrooms, a master bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a bedroom with a single bed (105cm) and the third bedroom has a single bed (105cm) and a smaller sofa bed for one person. There are two bathrooms, a cozy kitchen with good work surfaces and a large, pleasant place for the dining table. Of course, there is a practical laundry room with a large entrance hall.

From the kitchen you can reach a large sunny south-facing terrace - a perfect place for socializing, dining and relaxing during the warmer months of the year. The back of the house is protected from direct view and there is room for playing and socializing. Here you can enjoy the hot tub/swim spa - the same unit that has two different temperatures. 38-40º in the hot tub and about 25º in the swim spa. Enjoy!

Close to restaurants, entertainment and other services in Svanesund. There are also swimming areas and great opportunities for an active life close to the sea and nature. From Svanesund you can easily continue towards Stenungsund and Gothenburg, which makes it a perfect starting point if you want to discover the surroundings.

If you are keen on shopping, Stenungsund has around 60 shops that you can easily reach via free car ferry. Also take the opportunity to experience the archipelago and the small fishing villages around Orust. Feel free to take the ferry to the picturesque islands of Käringön or Gullholmen. Orust is the island of events with festivals, jazz days, museum weeks and lots of activities for both children and adults. About 70 km south is the city of Gothenburg with the well-known Liseberg amusement park and a vibrant entertainment scene.
