In lovely surroundings a stone's throw from Lake Ylen is this cosy, newly renovated cottage. The cottage is not huge, but has everything you need and a generous balcony with a view of the lake. Enjoy summer meals here, or sit and enjoy the view.

The cottage has a fantastic location, with a small path directly below the house down to the lake. A rowing boat is included in the rent, and a motor can be rented from the owner on request. More boats are also available for hire if desired.

There is a bedroom with two single beds, which can also be placed next to each other if desired. Two additional beds are available in the sofa bed in the living room. In the large fresh bathroom there is a small shower and washing machine.

The kitchen has the best location in the house, and has a dining area with the same lovely view as the balcony. There is also an exit to the balcony from the kitchen.

The cottage is one of several located on a large farm that also contains the owner's house.
