A spacious and pleasant apartment in the owner's house in one of Halmstad's best locations. The lovely beach is a few steps away and from your balcony you can look out over the sand dunes and beach. Prince Bertil's path also passes here, and nearby is "Brottett's" popular open-air swimming pool. The path leads you both to Halmstad's fine summer town and to Tylösand's many lovely beaches and vibrant entertainment.

The entrance to your apartment is shared with the owner and you have your apartment upstairs. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one with a wide (120cm) single bed. A fold-up extra bed is available on request. The kitchenette has two hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, oven/microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. A combined common room and living room has comfortable furniture and work surfaces. There is a large, bright living room with comfortable furniture, bar and dining area. There is also a TV with Swedish channels. The apartment has free Wi-Fi. From the living room you come out to the lovely balcony. Here you enjoy both your morning coffee and your evening drink. You have a pleasant view of the sand dunes and Kattegatt's sparkling waves. At the front of the house there is a patio for you with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Halmstad really has something for everyone. The city offers a rich entertainment scene and a large selection of shopping. The children absolutely must not miss the bus factory. Those who love nature and walking can walk on Prince Bertil's path, which stretches from Halmstad castle, along the sea, all the way to the Möllegård nature reserve, where you can enjoy Italian ice cream. There are plenty of lovely bathing spots. For those interested in fishing, both the sea and the Nissan, which flows through the town, offer fine fishing. In Nissan, a fishing license is required.

The golf town of Halmstad has a large number of golf courses in the surrounding area.
