The layout/equipment of the apartment is composed as follows:

- Arcade in front of the entrance door (nothing may be deposited)
- Entrance with wardrobe (always put on and take off shoes outside)
- Bedroom small, with two single beds, double wardrobe and washbasin
- Bedroom large, with double bed, wardrobe and great view as well as access to the balcony
- Living/dining room with large table (extendable) and chairs, corner sofa with stool, TV/radio, free internet access, access to the balcony with unobstructed panoramic view of the mountains and Untersee lake
- Bathroom with toilet/shower and washing machine and tumble dryer
- Kitchen with all necessary utensils

The 3 room apartment "Ritschis Home" is in a multi-family house and has been recently renovated except for the kitchen.

Arosa is located at 1'800m, framed by an impressive mountain landscape.

In summer, the vacation region convinces with an all-inclusive offer for mountain railroads, hiking trails, barbecue areas, rope park, playgrounds, outdoor pool and much more. In addition, a visit to the Arosa Bärenland will delight young and old.

In winter, over 261 kilometers of slopes in the skiing area Arosa - Lenzerheide provide lots of snow sports fun.

The apartment B24 "Ritschis Home" is located in a very central hillside location with a fantastic panoramic view of the mountains and the Untersee. Despite the central location it is very quiet and sunny.

You can reach the bus stop "Zentrum" (for skiers & snowboarders, as well as sledders and hikers) in only 2 minutes on foot. Grocery stores (Coop, Denner), bakery, the post office, a pharmacy, some shopping stores as well as restaurants & bars are in the immediate vicinity (2-10 minutes walk or free bus) of the apartment.
