Welcome to our charming one-bedroom apartment in Casa Irmella - perfect for a relaxing stay in the Alps.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Arosa and can accommodate up to 2 guests, or a family with 2 adults and a child. It has a cozy living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bathroom and a spacious balcony with views of the surrounding mountains. Guests have access to the communal indoor pool and sauna in the building. These are usually open in the winter and summer season - availability must be confirmed in advance. Location

The apartment is located in a residential area near the Arosa campsite and only a few meters from the school. The nearest bus stop is “Rathaus” and the bus is free of charge.

There is a lot going on in the event destination of Arosa in winter and summer! Numerous events on the mountain, in the village or on the lake inspire their audience. As well as the beautiful ski slopes and mountain panoramas that leave nothing to be desired.

The traditional Graubünden holiday resort of Arosa lies at the end of the romantic Schanfigg valley at around 1800m. The imposing world of peaks offers an extensive biking and hiking area in summer and versatile winter sports opportunities in winter.

Due to its location in an open valley basin, Arosa is very sunny and is largely spared strong winds. Because there is no through traffic, the air is particularly clean. Arosa has therefore been a well-known alpine climatic health resort since 1877. Arosa can be reached by Rhaetian Railway from Chur or by car over 365 serpentines and through several tunnels, passing the smaller holiday resort of Langwies.
