The apartment LOFT AM SEE offers you exactly this combination of relaxation ambience and activity possibilities - in the center of Arosa - directly at the Obersee. The vacation destination for all those who have discovered a love of the mountains for themselves and appreciate and enjoy that certain something!

Our newly renovated apartment with 50 m² offers retreat for 2 people in an open living and sleeping area. The scent of old wood, natural colors and sensual fabrics characterize the simple and elegant natural style of the loft apartment. Two comfortable lounge chairs in the cozy living area invite you to linger. The kitchen area is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, oven, induction stove, dishes and cutlery. A real eye-catcher is the free-standing refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. The antique kitchen table invites for moments of pleasure, game nights, reading, writing as well as enough space for home office. In the sleeping area there is a large double bed made of solid oak wood and two single mattresses of 90x200cm each. The blankets and pillows are made of high quality down. A large flat screen TV provides for cozy movie nights. At the back are the closets and the closet. The only closable room is the spacious bathroom. The sleek bathroom is a contemporary interpretation of a traditional mountain lodge with lots of wood. Modern without being cool. The small old workbench has been converted into a vanity and the large round mirror fills the space with even more depth. A large rain shower completes the wellness offer and the modern bathtub invites you to relax, with a wonderful view of the Schiesshorn.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor. Two balconies belong to the apartment. The balcony on the east side with morning sun and view to the Schiesshorn, and the long balcony on the west side with wonderful view to the Obersee and the Weisshorn. Both balconies are equipped with seating.

The apartment is located on the Obersee and is very centrally located. The train station is about 6 minutes walk (400 meters) and for shopping you can go to the Coop supermarket, which is 2-3 minutes away. The Weisshornbahn is in about 8 min walking distance. The nearest bus stop is in front of the Aves Hotel, about 2 min walk.

Own parking lot with garage directly at the house. As well as a ski room for skis, sleds, snowboards, bikes etc. The ski room is a common room and accessible to all residents and guests of the house Miralai.

The loft apartment in the house "Miralai" is located in a prime location on Lake Obersee. The central location of this apartment is perfect for all sports - and nature lovers as well as for home office or just to relax & enjoy. The apartment has a ski room and a garage parking directly at the accommodation. Shopping facilities and the mountain railroads, as well as the train station are within walking distance within a few minutes.
