In the modern, very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, convection oven, refrigerator with integrated freezer (3 drawers), Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fondue set etc. makes it even in the holidays joy to cook for yourself. If you do not feel like it, the half-board offer is available from the hotel. On request, we bring you fresh croissants / bread rolls from our home bakery every morning.

The spacious bedroom with 2 beds is a guarantee for restful nights in the fresh Arosa mountain air. Large closets and ample storage space even take a longer winter stay with lots of luggage bill.

In the cozy living-dining room you do not have to do without comfort. Relax on the sofa, read a book or browse the daily newspaper at the living room table. A flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio with CD player and free Wi-Fi are available.

The large balcony (10m2) has a table with 2 comfortable seating or lying opportunities, a parasol and a beautiful view of the mountain panorama of Arosa.

If you arrive by car there is a parking space directly at the apartment for free.

This very neat, spacious 2 1/2 room apartment in the building "Gentiana" in a sunny south-east location on the 2nd floor (lift) is looking forward to becoming your home for a carefree holiday.

Slightly elevated, central and very quiet location with stunning panoramic views of the Arosa mountains.

Shops (COOP, bakery, sports shops, banks, etc.) and the free local bus can be reached in about 5 minutes.

The starting points for walking and hiking trails in summer and winter are about 250m away. The same distance applies to the ski slope with access to Tschuggensessel and Weisshorn cable car.
