Holiday apartment - 5 persons - 7050 - Arosa

The chalet Söni is comfortably furnished with an open fireplace. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a single room. This includes a shower with a toilet. Next to it is a storage room with a washing machine and dryer, where you can also store your ski equipment. The first floor is made entirely of wood. The open living room with a little kitchen and and dining place extends over the entire floor which creates a particularly cozy atmosphere. Strong WiFi is available. On the same floor there is the parents' bedroom with a bathroom and toilet. A balcony with a table and bench creates a cozy spot in the sun with a view towards south to the "sheep's back". The house is at the end of a private road. As neighbors there are 3 houses that also belong to our family. You are not bothered by cars and children can play in the snow in peace.

The Chalet Söni offers space for 5 people (two double rooms and one single room). The Chalet Söni is in a fantastic location in the middle of the ski area. It is a 3-minute walk to the lifts and the ski school. You can ski directly from the slopes in front of the house. The Söni has a wonderful view of the mountains from all sides. The house is given over from my mother. I always loved being here.
