New offering from summer 2021: The name derives from the upper floor, dating back to 1688 and renovated in 2013, and the explicitly modern lower floor. These two distinct areas are further emphasized in the interior. The unusual architecture was featured in a four-page article in a trade journal in 2014, which can be sent upon request. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is ideal for four people. Up to six people are possible with extra mattresses. The upper floor features a large living area of 37 square meters, with ceilings up to 3.20 meters high and large panoramic windows facing southwest. See floor plans and photos.
