The living room is furnished with a sofa and an armchair. A garage parking space with an electric vehicle charging station can be rented for an additional fee.

The apartment is extremely well and quietly located in the heart of Silvaplana. The free electric shuttle bus to the Corvatschbahn departs directly in front of the house. The Volg supermarket and a bakery are right next door.

For shared use, there is a bicycle storage room, a ski room, and a laundry room with a washing machine/dryer.

Upon request, the sofa bed in the living room can be used.

The key handover takes place in St. Moritz.
