This spacious countryside retreat is perfect for families and groups of friends looking to unwind in the heart of the Derbyshire countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, double oven, and dishwasher, while a separate utility room houses a washing machine for added convenience. A twin bedroom on the ground floor is adapted for wheelchair access and those with limited mobility, making the property inclusive for all guests. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms (two with en-suite shower rooms) and three twin rooms, served by an additional bathroom and shower room. A large games room is one of the property’s most popular features, offering a pool table, foosball table, table tennis, a variety of board games, and a TV — ideal for entertaining guests of all ages. Outside, a spacious terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue area offers stunning countryside views — a perfect setting for al fresco dining or relaxing in the fresh air. Guests can also opt to enjoy a private hot tub during their stay. This is available as an additional extra, with payment made directly to the property owners prior to arrival (£200 for short stays, £250 for a week). All bed linen and towels are provided, and a cot and highchair are available upon request. Please note: To ensure the preferred bed configuration is ready for your stay, guests are kindly asked to inform the host at least two weeks before arrival.
