Entering through the front door, you’ll find a welcoming hallway that leads to the kitchen, lounge, family bathroom, and two inviting bedrooms—one featuring a king-sized double bed and the other arranged as a twin. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, complete with a dining table for four, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience. The cosy living room boasts two comfortable sofas and a lovely log-burning stove that keeps the space warm during chilly autumn and winter months. Large French doors open up to a charming patio and garden area, featuring a unique Christmas tree at its center. While the garden is not enclosed, it beautifully wraps around the house, providing a spacious outdoor area. Please note that the garage is off-limits to guests as it contains the owner's possessions. Private off-road parking is available on the driveway for two vehicles. Situated just a mile from the A30, the cottage offers easy access to explore Cornwall. The village has a shop, Post Office, pub, church, doctor's surgery, and garage, all within a short stroll. The Archer's Arms is a traditional local pub serving hearty fare. For those looking to explore the region, day trips to Tintagel and Port Isaac on the North Coast, as well as Portwrinkle and Looe on the South Coast, can be enjoyed.
