The elegant, detached Villa Paloma was built in 2022 on a 1000 m² plot nestling in the peaceful Krka nature reserve. The comfort of its three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, will provide you with relaxation and rest during your holiday. In Croatia, the land of wonderful sunshine, our 10 x 5 metre heated swimming pool and the many terraces around the property mean you can enjoy the sun or the shade at any time of day. A 4-minute walk will take you to the immense lake of Prokljan, where you will be charmed by its semi-soft water in which you can enjoy a longer swim or watch the magnificent fish. The villa is set back from the village centre. However, there are several restaurants, shops, bars and ice cream parlours close by. Gourmets will love the fully-equipped kitchen (induction cooker, combi-steamer, Kenwood Cooking Chef food processor, etc.) or the outdoor kitchen on the terrace, which is beautifully protected by a modern pergola. The pretty town of Sibenik, just 5 minutes away by car, will delight you with its pedestrianised streets built of natural white stone and its morning market, where you can buy local produce every day. Sibenik is an excellent base for excursions to the Krka waterfalls, the Plitvice lakes nature reserve, the Primosten peninsula, the sea organs of Zadar, Split, Vodice and Trogir. And for the kids, the Solaris Aquapark is just 15 minutes away.
