From the beautiful, large balcony you have a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the Velebit mountains. During the day you can relax by your pool and end the evening on your terrace with a barbecue. The pebble beach, on a particularly clean stretch of the Adriatic Sea, is just a few steps away. A nice walk by the sea takes you to the restaurants, cafes, bars and shops of Rovanjska. This area is perfect for active holidays with hiking, mountain biking, and water sports. The Zrmanja River is great for canoeing. Don’t miss Paklenica National Park, just 11 km from your accommodation and 50 km north of Zadar. With 400-meter cliffs, caves, and unique rock formations, it offers stunning natural beauty. The park features over 150 km of hiking trails for both short hikes and multi-day treks, including a popular two-hour hike through the Velika Paklenica Gorge, where you can see well-preserved water mills and enjoy snacks at the Lugarnica forest hut. Zadar, with its historical sights and shopping mall, is only 30 km away. Mobility: not suitable for persons with reduced mobility.
