Situated in the small fishing village of Kanica, the seaside holiday home is in a tranquil environment, just five meters from the beach. It is the ideal choice for those wishing to spend their holiday amidst the natural beauty of the Adriatic Sea, enjoying a Mediterranean climate and a rich historical and cultural heritage. This detached luxury house was built in 2013 and accommodates up to eight people in 140 square meters of living space. The ground floor, measuring 25 square meters, features a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The first floor, spanning 115 square meters, houses the other three bedrooms and three additional bathrooms. All bedrooms are furnished with double beds. Two additional beds are available in the living room. The living/dining room and kitchen comprise 35 square meters. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. All four bathrooms have a shower and toilet. A hairdryer is available upon request. The living room features a TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, a radio, and Wi-Fi. Each bedroom and the living room is equipped with air conditioning. Heating, a washing machine, and an iron and ironing board are also provided. A cot for infants is available. 3-4 parking spaces are available in the backyard.
