The pool house is in a fantastic location near Ogulin in the hinterland of the Kvarner Bay - right on the lake!

It is bright and modern. The holiday home has its own private boat mooring and a beautiful outdoor pool.

The large outdoor terrace with pool, lounge chairs, dining area and table tennis table leaves nothing to be desired. On the first floor there is the living room with a comfortable corner couch (sofa bed), armchair and fireplace. From here you can get directly to the outside terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is also on the ground floor and has a large dining table, extractor hood, oven, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine is also available. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are all air conditioned and have a flat screen TV with satellite TV. One of the bedrooms leads to the balcony on the upper floor. The two bathrooms are also upstairs, one with a shower and one with a corner bathtub.

Pets are welcome. an airport shuttle is offered. Bed linen and towels are provided.
