Der Pool sorgt auf dem gepflegten Wiesengrundstück für zusätzliches Wohlbefinden. Zum Haus gehört ein offener Kamin mit einem überdachten Sitzbereich, wo Sie lokale Weine genießen können. Auf Wunsch hilft Ihnen der Vermieter beim Sammeln von Pilzen oder Stechen von wildem Spargel, oder beim Zubereiten von Gemüsegerichten. Gegen Aufpreis bietet der Vermieter Bier vom Fass an. Ein Badminton-/Volleyspielplatz steht zur Verfügung.Heki ist ein traditionsreicher und beschaulicher Ort in einer idyllischen Landschaft. In der Nähe können Sie Tennis, Fußball und Handball spielen. Fahren Sie nach Westen, werden Sie von der wunderschönen Altstadt Rovinjs begrüßt. Im Osten erwartet Sie der Ferienort Rabac und zahlreiche Buchten mit schönen Stränden und kristallklarem Meer. Im Süden finden Sie die Kulturstadt Pula, die viele, historische Denkmäler, wie das römische Amphitheater beherbergt. Im Norden treffen Sie auf den pittoresken, mittelalterlichen Ort Motovun.
In Absprache mit dem Hauseigentümer besteht die Möglichkeit des kostenlosen Waschens und Trockens der Wäsche.

"When you want a holiday that feels like you're at your family but with some extra's like sun and a pool to refresh ... This is the place to be.- Reception was more then we expected. What a nice place to arrive but also a reception like we were kings. A small tour in the house, but it feels immediately if you're part of the family. The tour ends with a traditional ""snaps and grappa"".- House and facilities: a nice garden (where you can even pick the vegetables from the garden), an nice pool and hot tub, and a well equipped outdoor kitchen.- Environment: if you have kids that like soccer, let them get in contact with the local kids on the ""common"" football field. Our kids played football and volleybal untill past dark.- Owner: in case of issues you're helped within a nice timeframe. Sandro and Petra are always there for their guests (and if they are in holiday, their parents take over with the same hospitality). If you need something extra: just ask ... We loved every minute of our stay, no even every second."
