Holiday home in Pican with swimming pool

House:
Below the hilltop town of Pican, just 15 kilometers from the beach, you'll find this beautiful pool villa and its 1-hectare garden. An open terrace with a barbecue and dining table overlooks the pool, where you can spend most of your time in Istria. The property consists of two single-story houses (brown and yellow houses in the index photo). Both houses are very comfortably furnished. There are two kitchens, two living rooms, four lovely bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a toilet. This Villa Maslina arrangement offers a special opportunity for a larger group of friends or two families who wish to vacation together.
