This beautiful holiday home with a private pool is nestled in the peaceful village of Jadreski, close to the vibrant town of Pula. Designed for comfort, the villa features a unique living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and free WiFi, making your stay both relaxing and convenient. Pula, the largest city on the Istrian peninsula, is rich in history and culture. Explore its ancient Roman Amphitheater and wander through the charming old town where every corner tells a story. The city square remains a lively meeting spot, just as it has been since Augustan times. Outside, enjoy the covered terrace and barbecue area surrounded by a large fenced garden. Garden furniture, deck chairs, umbrellas, a volleyball court, and an outdoor shower are all available to enhance your stay in this serene setting.

Das Grundstück ist sehr schön groß, der Pool ist sauber und groß. Der Pool wird alle 4 Tage gereinigt. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt das stimmt nicht ganz. Zur Straße ist ein Sichtschutz und Zaun. Zum Nachbarn hin ist nur Gebüsch und hat bzgl Hunden ein paar Schwachstellen wo neugierige Hunde durch können. Was in der Anzeige nicht steht. Die Schlafzimmer sind nicht mit dem Wohnbereich im Haus verbunden. Man geht über eine Außentreppe zu dem Schlafbereich. Dieser Aufgang ist nichts für Kinder oder alte Hunde oder kleine Hunde. Unser Hund ist durch das Geländer gefallen. Zum Glück weich. Danach habe ich auf dem Grundstück Holzlatten gefunden. Damit habe ich die Treppe gesichert. An der Treppe war auch kein Licht. Also das Haus ist meiner Meinung nur für Erwachsene und große Hunde. Das Haus ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen, sauber ist für mich was anderes. Der Vermieter war abeR sehr freundlich und war bemüht zb einen schnellen Zaun am Gebüsch zu befestigen.

Zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaar waar je met al je vragen terecht kunt en die het belangrijk vindt dat zijn gasten het naar hun zin hebben. 2 hele ruime slaapkamers met een uitstekend bed (mijn 1e vakantie waar wij dagelijks zonder rugpijn opstonden). Ongelofelijk ruim perceel met maximale privacy en een fijn zwembad. Zeer veel en goede pannen en serviesgoed aanwezig in de keuken. Badkamer op 1e verdieping zou een renovatie kunnen gebruiken maar voldeed absoluut. Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad en dit is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Note: de omschrijving bij de woning op de site klopt, maar op het verblijfsticket stonden wat fouten, nml dat er een vaatwasser en oven aanwezig zijn. Die zijn er beiden niet (wel een magnetron).
