Villa Perla is a beautiful, traditional Istrian villa, fully restored since its founding 100 years ago. It is located just a short walk from the picturesque village of Sisan, where you will find a selection of restaurants and access to local amenities. Built in typical Istrian style with its stone architecture, Villa Perla has retained its traditional character while incorporating some modern elements. This private villa for rent consists of two separate houses that share a courtyard with a private heated swimming pool and a lovely terrace, ideal for large families or groups of friends. To make the most of outdoor living, guests can enjoy the covered terrace with a comfortable lounge area, a built-in barbecue, and a covered al fresco dining area. The main house features an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, two double bedrooms with king-size beds, two single bedrooms with large twin beds (140 x 200 cm), two shared bathrooms with showers, and a guest toilet. The second house also has an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, two double bedrooms with queen-size beds, and two shared bathrooms with showers. The private outdoor pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee of EURO150 per week (payable on site). The villa also features a Finnish sauna accessible from the terrace.
