Villa Seastar is a place where relaxation, style, and effortless living come together. Located near the sea, this modern villa is ideal for families and friends wishing to enjoy Istria at their own pace. Three bedrooms with double beds and a fourth with a pull-out bed accommodate up to eight guests. The open-plan living area overlooking the infinity pool, sea, and island of Cres creates a bright, airy atmosphere – perfect for leisurely breakfasts, sunny days, or relaxing together at sunset. For active guests, Villa Seastar provides exercise mats, Pilates balls, fitness bands, and Blackrolls for stretching and relaxation. Guests can also borrow bicycles free of charge from a local rental in Krnica, ideal for exploring the surroundings. The Villa Spacious and elegant, the villa spans two floors and is filled with natural light through large glass windows offering sea views. The design combines clean lines, neutral tones, and natural materials, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Bedrooms & Layout The villa has four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Three feature double beds, while the fourth, located on the ground floor, has a pull-out single bed that can be extended into a double bed. All rooms are air-conditioned and tastefully furnished. One bathroom has a bathtub, while the others feature modern walk-in showers. Outdoor Area The highlight is the stunning infinity pool with sea views and views of Cres. The pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace with loungers, parasols, and an outdoor dining area. A barbecue area is also available, while Mediterranean vegetation provides privacy and tranquillity. Additional Information Wi-Fi, private parking, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, and Pilates/fitness equipment are provided. Pool heating is available on request in April, May, September, and October for EURO200 per week, depending on weather conditions. The villa is not suitable for youth groups. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited indoors.
