Dieses interessante Ferienhaus liegt im kleinen Dorf Kanica und ist nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt. Es besteht aus drei gut ausgestatteten Wohnungen auf drei Etagen und hat nur Außentreppen. Die niedrigste Deckenhöhe auf der obersten Etage ist ca. 150 cm. Zum Haus gehören mehrere Terrassen mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Entspannung finden Sie im Pool des Hauses oder auch am nahen Betonstrand. Wenn Sie jedoch den himmlischen Frieden der Bucht verlassen wollen, dann fahren Sie zum Stadtzentrum von Rogoznica, wo viele kulinarische Köstlichkeiten, Cafés und verschiedene touristische Attraktionen anboten werden.

This is a fantastic property comprising 3 separate 2 bedroom flats. We hired all three and had a group of 8. The pool was fantastic and the property even had it's own area at the beach (concrete with parasol, reclining sun bed and steps into the sea) and the water was crystal clear and warm. Great for paddle boarding or snorkelling.There property is great for groups as we could all eat together in a covered area by the pool, but each flat also had balconies which catch the sun all day long. The sunset views were incredible!The host was fantastic throughout, giving really helpful info before arriving and then meeting us there. She answered the odd question I had during the stay really quickly and clearly via whattsapp too.Best to have a car to stay here and there is parking for 3 at the property. Split and Krka national park were around an hours drive and the roads were really not very busy in July 25 when we went, so getting around was easy.Kanica is fairly small and very quiet with a nice restaurant and cafe, but no shops (about 3km away). There's a small beach area which is great for kids as the water is really shallow and no boats. Everyone we met in Croatia was amazing friendly and helpful and we'll definitely be coming back sometime soon!
