Villa Roza boasts a large garden with a 40 m² swimming pool, a hot tub, and a spacious covered terrace with a barbecue. For children, there are trampolines, swings, soccer goals, and badminton equipment. We have also provided a carport for three cars. The interior of the house spans 200 m². On the ground floor, you'll find a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two further bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a TV.
