Villa Neo is a comfortable holiday home for 6-8 people with a pool in the quiet village of Ribari in inland Istria. Built in 2014, the house sits on its own fenced property with a well-maintained lawn. Guests have access to a 24 sq m swimming pool with a large sun lounger, barbecue, ping-pong table, dining table for al fresco meals, four bicycles (free to use), and two parking spaces. The holiday home, accommodating 6-8 people, is spread over two floors and has a living area of 150 sq m. The ground floor features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and a sofa bed for two children, a double bedroom, and a shower/toilet. The first floor has two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower/toilet and the other with its own covered terrace. There is also a shower/toilet in the hallway. NOTE: The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st. No youth groups.
