The living space is of open concept, featuring a stylish living room with a large window, not to miss a moment in viewing the sea and mountains; a modern dining room and a custom made kitchen so everything is at a hand`s reach. The living space has a direct exit to the pool area. Further into the house, there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom, with it`s en-suite bathroom, is completely wheelchair accesible and can be entered from both the inside and the outside of the villa. Just a few steps away are two more bedrooms that have a shared bathroom. There is an additional toilet available also.A baby cot and high chair are available for the youngest.The exterior offers a multitude of spaces, wheather you are in the mood for a swim in the salt water swimming pool or basking in the rays of the morning sun on the smaller covered terrace while enjoying the first sips of your morning coffee. Further exploring the exteriror, you will find an amazing BBQ area with a covered dining space, where you can spend your evening gatherings.
