CIC282 erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und verfügt über einen eigenen Gartenteil mit erfrischendem Pool. Die minimale Deckenhöhe im Dachgeschoss ist ca. 160 cm. CIC535 liegt im Erdgeschoss, ist separat für sich und verfügt auch über einen eigenen Garten. Die nähere Umgebung ist ruhig und eignet sich für Spaziergänge und Ausflüge in der Natur. Empfehlenswert sind Besuche in den mittelalterlichen Städte Motovun und Grožnjan und wenn Sie im Meer schwimmen möchten, dann erreichen Sie die Badestrände von Porec in etwa 15 Autominuten.

Das Haus war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, Haus, Grundstück und Pool waren sehr sauber. Super liebe Vermieter! Wir hatten aufgrund einer Panne eine sehr späte Ankunft und wurden trotzdem herzlich empfangen & auch wenn wir sonst irgendetwas benötigt haben, waren sie sofort zur Stelle. Im Ort 2 kleine Läden wo man das nötigste bekommt, alles weitere war in 20-30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Geht man am Haus die Straße runter kommt man direkt auf einen schönen und vorallem schattigen Spazierweg, was für unsere Hunde natürlich super war. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich nur weiter empfehlen!

"Stor bolig, meget ren ved ankomst. Godt udstyret hus og dejligt privat poolområde. Sengene er dog meget ukomfortable, idet det er springmadrasser lagt på en bund af spånplader. Det afspejler ikke 4 stjerner. Men alt andet ved boligen var super. Byen er lille og hyggelig men med hund er der ikke mange steder at gå ture ""væk fra vejen""."

We had an amazing time during our stay – everything was just perfect from start to finish. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and completely hassle-free. The host was incredibly kind, always available, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.The villa itself was spotless, beautifully modern, and tastefully furnished – a perfect blend of comfort and style. We instantly felt at home. The pool was crystal clear and cleaned regularly, making it the perfect spot to relax and cool off. We also made great use of the barbecue area, which was well-equipped and ideal for evening get-togethers.All in all, it was a fantastic experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
