Villa Art House, with its private pool, is located in Vižinada at the edge of the village and offers stunning views of the Mirna River valley. Completely renovated by the new owners in 2016, the two-story villa features a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker) with a dining area. A wooden staircase leads to the second floor, which comprises two interconnected bedrooms (a family bedroom – the double bedroom leads to the bunk bed bedroom) and a bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom is a children's room with a bunk bed and a large balcony, making the villa ideal for two adults and two children. The villa is fully air-conditioned. Guests have access to the swimming pool, sun loungers and gazebos with tables and chairs, free Wi-Fi, and private parking.
