The house features a bright and tastefully furnished living room with comfortable furniture, a wood-burning stove and a heat pump. The dining area is connected to a well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, with direct access to a large terrace with garden furniture.

The stylish bathroom includes a spa bath, underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer, as well as access to a sauna. There is also a guest toilet.

The sleeping arrangements are spread across three bedrooms: two with single beds, one with a double bed, and one with a large bunk bed. Additionally, two extra mattresses are available on the loft.

For families with young children, a high chair and baby cot are provided. The property also features a spacious conservatory with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing in all weather conditions. Outside, you will find large terrace areas and a big lawn ideal for games and outdoor activities. Children can enjoy a cosy playhouse.

The Øer area is a popular and peaceful holiday destination close to both forest and beach. The beach is generally child-friendly with shallow water and sandy stretches, though some areas may have a mix of sand and stones.

For active guests, the area offers a 13 km mountain bike trail with routes for different skill levels.

Only a 5-minute drive brings you to Ebeltoft harbour, where you can visit Glasmuseet Ebeltoft and Fregatten Jylland. The harbour also offers great restaurants and fresh fish daily.

In the charming cobbled streets of Ebeltoft, you will find unique shops, local crafts and cosy cafés, as well as the historic old town hall.

Within about an hour’s drive, you can visit Kattegatcentret or enjoy a day at Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in Scandinavia.
